Full Wedding Planning – Receive full planning and procurement of all aspects of your ceremony and reception, with planning of all details, obtaining of all vendors, and unlimited advice and ideas. Includes 2 personal meetings (in addition to initial meeting) plus 7-day-a-week access to Priscilla. Includes day-of-wedding, start-to-finish overseeing by Priscilla. $725 to $875
(Priscilla typically saves clients more than her fee costs them, due to discounts and deals that she receives).

Partial Wedding Assistance – Receive assistance planning your wedding and reception, finding venues, and selecting vendors. Includes 1 personal meeting (in addition to initial meeting). Advice and ideas are shared, and assistance provided as needed. However, Priscilla is not present at the wedding to oversee the event. $400
(Or, no planning assistance was given but Priscilla is hired to oversee the event, and is there start to finish. $400 to $575 depending on venue and hours)

Decorating of Ceremony or Reception site (come to event site, purchase and bring decorations, set up all decorations). Light decorating, no major construction. $150 + cost of decorations. Palm Beach County & Martin County

Wedding Officiate (perform ceremony) - $275 Boca Raton to North Palm Beach/ Palm Beach Gardens - $245 Jupiter to Port St. Lucie . Otherwise minimal travel fee is added. Add a Rehearsal prior to wedding day for an additional $95. Rehearsal dinner planning $140

Officiating With Custom, Personalized Ceremony Writing -$285 to $335 depending on location

Venue Finding Service We'll find a venue(s) for your Wedding (ceremony and reception), negotiate best pricing, help you book it. $120
Venue finding for non-wedding events, $95 fee

Basic DJ (all the music you’d expect, good sound but for smaller spaces, without the “bells and whistles” – no huge equipment, no light show) $395

Other Services (Non-Wedding Events)

Event Planning -Full event planning is available for all types of events (for planning fees on events other than weddings, please contact us). Typically, planning for parties, meetings, fundraisers and open houses or promotional events involves a fee of $175 to $300.

Hostess and MC (greet/sign in guests, make announcements, hold raffle drawings, run contests and activities as needed). $40/per hour.

Event Assistance Any gathering can be kicked up a notch by adding professional food and beverage servers or greeters! Let someone else mix and serve the drinks, pass the hors d'oeuvres, or take care of greeting guests and signing them in. Whatever help you might need for an event, we can provide someone who is personable and reliable! Even if you need someone to sell raffle tickets! Rates from $20 to $40 per hour.

Party Assistance. Enjoy your party and your guests. Hire a party helper to serve food and drinks, clean up, and help you as needed. Rates from $20 to $40 per hour.

Bartenders with personality! Have a lively, fun, professional bartender work your event. (Offices, clubhouses, private homes, beach, you name it! We'll go anywhere!) $120 to $180, depending on event details. Setup, breakdown, and cleaning services also available.Can bring bar equipment as needed.

Food Servers to pass hors d'oeuvres, or keep your food table replenished, clean, and looking nice - Price ranges from just $125 to $175 depending on several factors including length of shift. Setup, breakdown, and cleaning services also available.

Need a portable bar? We can bring one, with white linen cloth, for just $60 if using our staff or any other service
