wedding reception should be the most fun, incredible event

but we can also be there during the event to act as the
‘foreman’ on the job, directing the staff at
the venue and all the wedding vendors, so
that you are free to be a GUEST at your wedding, and simply
have a great time!
Without a planner/overseer, you will be the one that vendors
approach and take direction from, and who catering and hotel
managers will ask questions of and expect to
take care of things such as: Gathering up the wedding gifts,
deciding where the DJ booth should be, telling them when
to serve the cake, etc. You’d be surprised how many
tasks and decisions come up during the reception that the
bride and groom – and their wedding party –
end up having to take care of. Avoid this by having a planner

Service. Priscilla sees that your wishes and itinerary are carried out.
You may wish only to have assistance in finding and pricing
reception Venues. This is an A
La Carte Service that is available for a low fee. You
can also choose to have your Reception planned, but not
have the wedding planner present on site during the event.
