Without a planner/overseer, you will be the one that vendors approach and take direction from, and who catering and hotel managers will constantly ask questions of and expect to take care of things such as: Gathering up the wedding gifts, deciding where the DJ booth should be, telling them when to serve the cake, etc. You’d be surprised how many tasks and decisions come up during the reception that the bride and groom – and their wedding party – end up having to take care of. You may wish only to have assistance in finding and pricing reception venues. This is an A La Carte Service that is available for a low fee. You can also choose to have your Reception planned, but not have the wedding planner present on site during the event. This too is an A La Carte Service.
